Call for Poster Abstracts

Submission Deadline: January 31, 2020

The poster session will be held during the Friday, March 6 luncheon and is a highlight of symposium. It provides an ideal opportunity for one-on-one personal exchange of research data and ideas in an informal setting with a unique consortium of participants who are experts in various aspects of exposomics. A major goal of this symposium is to provide an ideal networking opportunity for trainees and beginning researchers. The poster session is a wonderful venue for informal, in-depth discussion, collaboration building, and mentoring of young scientists.

Submission Deadline: January 31, 2020
Notification of Acceptance: February 7, 2020

The review committee will review poster submissions on a rolling basis for individuals who apply for travel grants.

Poster Competition

Best Trainee Poster Award will be given on site.

General Guidelines

If the poster is accepted, the presenting author must register for the symposium in order to attend and present at the symposium.

Travel Awards for Trainees

Junior faculty and trainees presenting posters will be eligible for travel awards to cover registration fees, airfare, and hotel accommodations for two nights. Up to eight awards will be offered at the maximum of $1,200 each. 

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Be a member of a nationally underrepresented group

  • Be a resident, fellow, post-doctoral scientist, or early stage investigator


Award recipients must attend the entire symposium.
